When I called, a guy at a call center answered….he was awful! Wanted to charge me for packets of crushed red pepper and parm Cheese packets. Once we went to the store…they were amazing!!!!!! They should get rid of the call center and have a person devoted to the phone lines

Ordered take out and when I showed up, the pizza was just sitting out getting cold. The pizza should be hot or at least warm as it leaves the store. After the that, it’s not the restaurant’s responsibility. I have a pizza bag to keep the pizza warm on the way home so it was as warm as when it left the restaurant. Not keeping takeout orders in a heating cabinet is garbage tier service. Having to heat your pizza in the oven when you get home is trash. Papa John’s is trash.

Just a tip for pickup: if the app tracker tells you your order is ready, give it at least another 10-15 minutes. They always seem to hit the order ready status at least half way through the production process.

The call center guy I spoke to couldn’t accept our bogo coupon. Then when he sent the call to the store, and they had a 4 item max for delivery. Then when I told him about our coupon they told me that my order had to be a pickup order now and got very rude and short tempered with me. What kind of bs is that? I used to love papa John’s but I may never order from there again.

I ordered a pizza for pick up and was told it would be done in 30-45 min. I get there 50 min later and have no record of it. I confirmed the phone number for the location and it was right. They claimed it must have went to a call center and they messed up the address. I asked if I could just reorder and get it prioritized to be made first, and they refused saying that they couldn’t make it ahead of the other orders. The business as a whole lost my trust, respect and future business all because of this ridiculous experience.
