I just had the worst experience ever at the Rensselaer Dunkin Donuts. Went there at 4:25 pm on Sunday 8/13/2023 to get my free ice coffee ( from the app I have ) and the employee couldn’t get it to work and proceeded to tell me I had a fake one. I tried to show him it’s from my app that I have had for over 2 years. He wasn’t listening or giving a care and just kept saying nope, nope , nope . I was so angry I handed him back the ice coffee because he obviously was expecting me to pay for it ( which I wasn’t going to do when I should have gotten my free one) , and I left. I will never ever go there again. He didn’t have on a name tag either. If this is how they are going to treat good customers then they will lose business. I did call and leave a message for the manager and I am awaiting a phone call Monday morning….I gave one star but not even worth that star……

Revamped the place but not the employees. When managers there in am. Coffee is great. After that it’s sucks. Don’t know what the one lady’s problem is. The heavy set light skin black lady with glasses never puts sugar in my coffee. Every other person but her puts sugar in my coffee. What part of 4 sugar 4 cream don’t she understand. To much in rush to get to her phone and stand around. Why I’m done with this place till she learns 4 sugar doesn’t mean no sugar. Ill drive up the hill to East Greenbush before I go back there. I drink alot of coffee.
