I haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr or Hardee’s in a while, and now I know why. I paid $10 for a chicken sandwich, and there was hardly any chicken. The chicken was literally as thin as the pickle, and it didn’t even take up half the bun? I wouldn’t have ordered it had I known I was just getting a bun and breading.. it’s literally the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had.

I’m sick of the fast food in this area of Utah and this place is the perfect example as to why. Just waited for 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich to be made only for them to give me all the wrong food AND NOT INCLUDE THE CHICKEN I WAITED FOR. The workers were nice but when they can’t manage to do simple tasks in an empty store then kindness means nothing. I haven’t had Carl’s Jr in 10 years and today confirmed I haven’t been missing anything.

Food quality is inconsistent. Prices are unaffordable for fast food quality burger. They would need to cut their prices in half for me to ever give a higher rating or to think of returning. Much more affordable options out there for same quality.

We showed up at 9:59 and didn’t know they closed at 10:00……. They were sooooo polite and took our order and didn’t even mention it was closing time! We received stellar service and the food was wonderful. We’ll certainly be back.

I was in the drive through and Scott c gave me the worst experience I’ve very had. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that location ever. He refused to split my order, it was for my Co worker and I and we had separate cards. He said only 1 order per car, when I asked for fry sauce, he said NOPE very rudly, anything i asked for he answered rudly, not even guving a secind option. . I asked for 2 ice waters and he gave me 1 coke. I don’t even drink soda.. overall acted like I was annoying and he hated his job. They took over 20 mins for 2 cars and had a severely rude unhelpful attitude. Not even gonna eat my food, I’m afraid they spit in it.
