Best Dunkin I’ve even been to! I’ve visited this particular location on several occasions because after my first stop I could tell how well crafted the signature coffee was and how attentive the crew was inside so I knew this was a gem. My previous experience with Dunkin stores was “I need a coffee, it’s convenient, it’s on the go, and it tastes alright” (plus I’m loyal to the brand). But now after visiting this location, I can taste the actual coffee flavors that I’m ordering from start to finish in my drink. Even though i don’t “need” a large, I’ll order a large regardless because the quality dictates that, and you gotta treat yo’ self from time to time. I live nowhere near this location and I will go 20 minutes out of my way to come here. And if I’m driving around the area during my work day, I will make sure it is on my route. Thank you for always putting the care and attention into your work. It definitely shows and is truly appreciated!

Management is non-existent and staff has the worst attitude possible. The most absurd Dunkin’s I’ve gone to in the whole city. I asked for light ice and got served almost 3/4 of the cup. When I went inside to explain the issue, one of the workers started yelling at me for and I quote “trying to get a free coffee”, when I usually go about 4 times per week. Totally humiliating experience and was rushed out of the store for claiming this. Management was nowhere to be found or seen. Horrible experience.

Sometimes, they are out of things, which isn’t the workers’ fault. A simple place for simple drinks and food. I’m a big DD fan, so I’ll always keep going back. Most of the staff is very friendly so it makes it even better.

This is the fifth time i got a drink from there and is not made the way is supposed to be. The service there is terrible, the waiting time is absurd. If u dont like or dont know how to do your job just quit, like dont ruin others ppls morning. I don’t recommend this place at all

First and last time coming to this Dunkin. The servers got my order wrong, twice, then gave me attitude because of it. The specific donut I explained twice and asked for, when I finally got it, after being lied to that they don’t have it from a second server who didn’t even know what I was waiting for, while the first server could be SEEN through the window getting it, the chocolate frosting was visibly scraped off my donut and thrown face down into a bag with no wrapper. Not even mad about it, I still got my donut. Lol just had to point out how petty these servers are over food customers ORDER and PAY for. Management needs to step it up. It’s no wonder I see so many negative reviews for this establishment.

Been to this dunkin many times because it is the closest to my house. I tried bringing my service dog (yes, he’s actually a service dog) into the building so I could order then sit outside and was very rudely told I couldn’t have my dog and they asked to see papers which they are legally not allowed to do. And then asked if “I was sure” he was a service dog. I was refused service. I went through the drive through and there was two adult women walking and ordering through the drive through line instead of going inside they were not refused service. Most of the staff is rude. I would recommend going anywhere else.

I thought mcds had the number one spot for messing up an order, but no. This dunkin takes the cake. Literally yay to come back through because an order was wrong, and the “manager” says she’ll re make it, only she made it wrong again. Not to mention the front door was locked at 7, when clearly the sign on the door says close at 8.

Rude rude rude! No customer service what so ever. Especially the girl with the purple hair. My coffee tasted disgusting I came to take it back she said take off my lid and just squirted flavor in it. She did not remake it or anything. All the product was sitting at the bottom. Very rude from beginning to end. They are laughing clapping loud and obnoxious. I hear them talking about customers in the drive through saying I’m the manager she’s not giving anyone a refund. I highly do not recommend coming here.
