So I got a large thin crust pizza with onion’s. I received a pizza with out sauce. When I did order sauce. Usually I would not have a problem with this but the guy on the phone idk if it was the manager he was being super rude and he just hung up on me.

I used to order here all the time. Then one day I bough pizza for myself my brother and mom we each had our own box. All ours tasted good but my brother complained. When I tried his regular pizza it was the worst pizza I ever tasted. It tasted like spoiled goat. I don’t know what they did to it. The most disgraceful pizza I ever tasted. Even though my box was tasty, after tasting my brothers pizza I’m not going here again. It tasted like the manager of the place slept on my pizza.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with onion toppings and this is what they sent and I called them and they said they won’t do anything. If they won’t do anything then I think everyone eats their pizza burnt that feels like a rock hard chip.

literally the worst dominos around, there’s been multiple times where we’ve had issues with this location. this time they said it was delivered and no one ever showed up and when i called they said it was still on the way and it’s been two hours now since then. never ordering from here again sorry.

For the first time, with disappointment of being hung up by the store employee I ordered the pizza from. I have always been ordering my pizza with a garlic dipping cup. This time I didnt receive one and when I realised I called the Bound brook store. The women who picked started blaming me for not being responsible and shouting rudely saying if you need the dipping cup you will receive it after 45mins or she can give me 69cents back. I told her I dont eat pizza without it what am I going to do with that refund? The pizza is ruined and so is my experience for the first time at Domino’s. When I asked her full name she hung up on me. Dont ruin your good times trusting this store!

THE REVIEWS ARE ALL CORRECT! They are that rude! The pizza is ehhh. I thought to myself “It’s dominos they are all the same,” but NOOOO! They tried overcharging me and when I pulled the website guy tried to lie and expected me to overpay. Finally got his manager to fix it but started talking trash to another employee until I said “Learn the prices! Why didn’t you say that to my face?” Unbelievably bad experience do yourself a favor GO ELSEWHERE!

Unreliable delivery; twice ordered online, delivery never arrived. Second time went to store after over an hour came and went and no delivery, box was found on shelf with other orders waiting to be delivered, they tell you no store refunds, go through credit card.
