Box Of Cannons
It’s a trap! A doughnut shop that had no doughnuts. Went through the drive through at 6:45am. It took over 10 min. They had no doughnuts, no croissants, no cloche and limited selection of iced coffees. The sourdough sandwich I ended up ordering after trying to order everything else on the menu was dry and flavorless. I would have just driven off after I found out they didn’t have anything I really wanted except the drive through traps you in once a car pulls in behind you and I had limited time to get breakfast and get to work. Very disappointed. I won’t be going back.

Tried the mobile app and every time I selected the donuts it said they were not available?? Really. So I went to the mobile walk up window. The person working said she did not have time to get a dozen donuts. She was to busy. She was by herself I could go through the drive through. I walked there so that was not an option. What ever happened to customer service.

We have been coming here for the past couple of months, hopeful to get a coffee that doesn’t take 30min to make. Unfortunately this has happened every time we have came. Not only that, they are always out of coffee and donuts. Isn’t that why I came to Dunkin’ Donuts? A new team and new management seems to be what needs to happen.

I am not a fancy coffee drinker. Dunkin doughnuts fits the bill when I want a simple coffee. It is my Sunday morning treat. Why only once a week? Because it is definitely pricer than the convenience store coffee up the street. But the consistent yummy taste makes it worth it.

Here at Dunkin’ Donuts trying to get a coffee and donuts. And of course, they’re out of coffee and donuts for some reason. And it’s only 5:30 AM and they opened up at 4:30 AM. I sat in drive thru for over 10mins. Finally took off to go somewhere else way out of my way. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never comeback to this location. And it’s my first time at this location as well. Not great at all. After looking at the review they seem to always have this issue. This place was built not too long ago and has a lot issues. They should have kept it the Long John Silvers building that was shut down. I think they need to get rid of all the workers and hire a brand new crew. Maybe the area manager too since it’s seems like whoever run this location don’t care if they make money or not lol. Just sad !!!

How can you call yourself Dunkin Donuts if you don’t have any donuts? Not only that, but no bagels or sourdough bread either. Man, I was really looking forward to some strawberry sprinkle donuts this morning. My pregnant wife is even more distraught. She was craving donuts. It’s just not ok. I would do negative stars but that’s not an option.

I am new to the area and this has been the closest DD to me, I have had my order messed up every single time for the last week. The first time the breakfast sandwich I ordered wasn’t even hot through the cheese & egg, the next day the bagel wasn’t toasted it was soggy, and today I ordered a Carmel coffee and got a French vanilla with nothing in it I asked for. On top of it they are out of EVERYTHING every day. I tried to find a phone number but there isn’t one on my receipt. I’ll just get up earlier to drive to the farther one.
