Recently their prices have gone up but quality of food has dropped significantly. We ordered daal, no taste, qeema naan, hard to find any qeema, see picture of the $5 naan, with very light sprinkles of ground meat, barely visible. Will not go back ever.

I’m new in Hamtramck. Me and friends took lunch in this restaurant,they gave us menu but they didn’t say that the price has been changed. We ordered some food which was worth around 32$. But they said they said the price of food was like 46$. We got shocked and asked the price was like 8$ for each time but the waiter said that their menu has been updated. He didn’t even apologize for this situation. Another thing is that they served food in the store with onetime plates and spoons. The worst service I’ve ever had.

If looking for authentic Bengali food this is NOT the place to go! Ordered the bundia which you typically eat with yogurt and when I opened it there were spots of mold all around. Beyond dissatisfied as this wasn’t the first but the third time we encountered mold/old food. When I asked about it, I was scolded which is no surprise as the bad attitude has always been present from the worker and owner. Bad food, bad customer service, and bad environment; definitely a health hazard.

This was a return visit after many many years and I was quite happy with the quality of the food! I tried Pomphret bhaji, Goat Karahi and they were both great. The naan was not great, was cold and a little hard. I got some sweets (sandesh and malai chamcham) and they were very good! Not too high score for the service but the food is definitely worth the visit.

What can i say I have been ordering same food for 3/4 times every time . All the time they gave me WRONG ORDER it’s they gave me somebody left over food the rice was very old and smell likes it’s from yesterday and the meat was like some one just had a bite of it or it just they got some ones mouth that’s is very nasty i had to throw it away .plus there was no spicy thing in the Rice was soo dry ugh had to recook again I didn’t want to give any bad review but they have done it so many times and if you pick the meat with bone they don’t care just gonna give eating meat . Not going to order anything never ever if I have to then I just go in and order and re re re re recheck wow . Please guys don’t give bad customer service If some one order something from grubhub or some whew just pay attention to every order
