Food was excellent and piping hot. There was a small issue with appetizers coming out late but the manager apologized several times. The manager at the time I was there was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive to not just my table but all guests at the time. Big difference here in customer service from other Chili locations I’ve been to before.

Served a flash cooked burger that was raw on the inside. Had to send back. Waited 10. Min for the manager Tyler when there was less than 10 people in there dining. He offered me to take it off my check, which means off the check. Offered me something else for my trouble and it was just Okay. And I still received a bill. Nothing was taken off the bil. My nasty food should have been free!

After being seated it took over 20 minutes for the server to even make eye contact long enough for us to get her attention to let her know we were ready to order. The order then took the better part of an hour. I ordered the pick two smokehouse combo with smoked sausage and what was supposed to be brisket quesadilla. The smoked sausage was good but enough for a 2 year old for a snack. The quesadilla had a grand total of three small chuncks of brisket. I get that brisket is expensive but they are charging $18 for this meal combo. Totally not worth it. Manager did come around and offered a replacement but it was too late as we had been there for over an hour and a half and just wanted to leave. Manager Sean did put a discount on the bill and was very nice and apologized.

We had a very good experience. The food was good and very hot and our server was excellent. We were greeted warmly when we enter the restaurant. I had the fajitas which were very good and very hot. My wife had the salmon which was not the best but still good. The first time I went in after they were open I had a bad experience but it looks like they righted the ship.

We’ve been and had a good service. That’s why I’m giving three. However, the last time we went was atrocious. Dirty tables. Disgusting. Those tables just sat there trashed the entire hour we were end. We were advised by server not to order chicken tenders as they were disgusting. Received a dirty cup. Salsa was just some depressing liquid. Manager checked us out as the server had vanished.
