Love the food but the service is trash. They will leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes when the store isn’t even busy and if something is incorrect, the staff has a lot of attitude to give. The cook in the back with his dreads back in a covered bun had an attitude because my modifications weren’t done correctly, he told me he would not make my pizza again. He touched the pizza without gloves. The young man at the register with the red colored dreads also had an attitude after he left me on hold for 15 minutes while the store wasn’t busy. Everyone except this one gentleman who just wanted to resolve the issue and smiled. I wouldn’t ever go back though.

Quinn(sp?)The manager offered terrible service. Our pizza was charged, said delivered, and was never delivered. He was rude, we were on hold for 20 minutes, and he refused a refund. Avoid this place, and avoid these prolme. I now have to dispute the charge

I’m usually a fan of Marcos pizza but today I was completely disgusted by this location. There were 2 cooks and neither were using gloves….just grabbing toppings and touching different surfaces without gloves or hand washing. While I stood at the front counter, waiting to be greeted, I watched the female cook continuously grab crust from the fridge (bare handed with long pink acrylic nails) and carelessly throw it on the counter. When I was finally acknowledged, she was unfriendly and unwelcoming as hell. I asked “why aren’t you guys using gloves to make the pizzas?” Her response was “because we just don’t use gloves all the time”. I was so turned off, I just left the damn pizza. Customer service and sanitation definitely a 1 star.

Wait time is to long. Person answering the telephone do not give you the opportunity to say you will hold, they just place you on a very long hold. Delivery driver did not knock on door when delivering pizza left on ground in front of my door.

The Marco’s Pizza Downtown Decatur, GA. Has the Best Calzones ever, omg. The staff is always friendly even when they’re overwhelmed w/ orders. I highly recommend them. Best service Ever!!!

Called to place an order at 4:30. I gave up calling after over 20 minutes. I went in person only to find the guy at the register IGNORING the phone! The people who work at the Decatur Marco’s are the worst! Horrible service! AND- I just watched the cash register guy go from taking money to making pizza WITHOUT washing his hands!!! Other customers saw it as well. Food code violation for sure!
