Man this place sure went downhill! Just went there for dinner with my husband tonight. $34 plus a $3 tip is what we paid and I got the salad there was hardly any meat and I paid the extra $1 for the new chicken and didn’t get hardly any! Plus all the other toppings were on the skimpy size as well! My husband got the nachos and it we pretty much chips and cheese. He also paid the extra $1 for the new chicken. He was very upset. To pay that much for hardly any toppings.They used to be really good. This was the first time we went there in a long time and it will also be the last!!

So good, will definitely eat here more often. Homemade Tortilla tacos with Pollo Asada Chicken, pico, guacamole and cilantro and side of pinto beans drink included in price of meal. If your looking for a faster meal option this is the place to go!

Told the girl 3x that I wanted tacos deconstructed so they wouldn’t be soggy & she got frustrated, not understanding even though I tried to walk her through it. The guy jumped in when he saw what was happening & handled it nicely, understanding the 1st time I said what I wanted.

I have been going to Cafe Rio in Longmont on Hwy 119 for years with great service. I recently went to this same Cafe Rio for a salad with sweet pork on 3/13/23 at 7pm. By 11pm, I was throwing up and having diahhrea violently every hour all night. I am confident that I was food poisoned by Cafe Rio sweet pork due to the fact that I had not eaten anything beforehand for 4+ hours, and Cafe Rio was the only food I ate the rest of the evening. I am sad to post this as I used to enjoy Cafe Rio.

The 1st tried cafe Rio in bend Junction Colorado and there’s not very many in the Denver metro area. What happened to be in longmont visiting some family And decided to stop in and eat and it did not disappoint just as good as Grand Junction. I have the birria quesadilla it was AMAZING and the homemade tortillas with butter are all really good. We will definitely go back
