Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Ordered: boneless spare ribs w/pork fried rice and peppered steak w/ pork fried rice. The boneless spare ribs are dry and basically dehydrated. I might have had 2 pieces of peppered steak and rest onions 3 bell pepper slices, the pork fried rice was crunchy, it tastes 3 days old! Absolutely disgusting! It will be going in the trash and I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank. Since the restaurant will not refund the money. Do not eat here unless you like dehydrate 3 day old food!

I am NOT eating the food here again. The last few times I have ordered, the chicken has been “questionable”, but tonight’s order of chicken & broccoli was completely inedible. The chicken not only looks disgusting, but it’s not even fully cooked!!! The sauce they use has gone way downhill, too. It’s very thick and gross. I don’t even know what it is. So in the trash goes my $8+ meal. Thanks for nothing, Chinese Express… I would really like a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience. Their credit card system was not working properly. I was charged and did not recieve my order. I was told that the tap feature was not working only after she allowed me to use it. When I showed them my bank statement that clearly stated the funds were withdrawn from their business “merchant: China Express”. No one assisted. A young lady name Summer I believe only stared blankly at me. I understand that if a system failure is the issue it may take a few days for the funds to return to my card(however this was also not relayed to me) I will allow the standard 3-5 days to see if there is a change in my bank statement. If the funds are not returned to my card I will be taking further action.

Menu said “crab claws” what we got was imitation crab at best and looked like corn dogs. The tofu we ordered had so much corn starch in the sauce it was like eating jello.

This is truly unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have gone several times and it’s been great. Last week I ordered and instead of getting chicken cashew I received chicken with broccoli. We also had ordered S&S chicken and the sauce must of came out of fridge it was that cold. I’ve never experienced that. I saved the food to take back so they can replace n see that we truly didn’t eat it. This week I decided to try again cause I really do love this place.

I was craving Crab Rangoon for DAYS and after another delivery place failed me the day before, I gave this place a try last night. The Rangoon is pinched-up wonton-style, so there is a lot of hard fried pastry at the top, but I just started eating at the bottom, where the good stuff is, and didn’t eat the tops, like a strawberry. They satisfied my need and cured my grumps.

I have been eating here now for over 20 years when Lin and Bon (I think that’s how u spell their names lol) we’re running this place and to this day this place never disappoints!! I love the chicken and broccoli cause their sauce is like no one else’s around here. I will not order from any other Chinese restaurant around here! It’s really hard for me to see these bad reviews cause their food is really good!!
