Used drive thru about 30 min before close (I should have known better I guess) and was given a 2 entree platter with 3 pieces of chicken in the Kung pow and small portion of Beijing beef..and dry lo mein. Usually I’m satisfied with this location but usually I don’t go 30 min before close. Sadly I might never return food is too expensive to not be served consistently. Prices went up quality went down .

Unimpressed and left hungry. They were sold out of white rice at 2 o’clock, was given a globby piece of chicken, ordered chicken egg rolls, but by the time I got to the window they were “stolen” by an employee for another customers meal and I would have to wait 10 minutes so I was given soggy, bland spring rolls. Then they hit me up for charity donation. Yeah. No! Don’t waste your time or money .

We stopped here hoping to get some good food. What we got instead was horrible customer service and the food was not good either. When we walked in to the lobby at 8:10pm, there was barely any food left in the food trays. We were then told the lobby closed in 20min. So we tried to hurry to place our order. My family and I wanted the Seseme seed chicken and there wasn’t enough for even 1 entree. I asked if they were making anymore (since they weren’t closing for 50min) and the lady proceeded to tell me with an attitude that it would take 15 minutes. We said we would wait for more of that entree. She then filled my bowl with what was left which only had about 3 pieces of chicken and I asked her if she was going to put more in. She gave me more attitude. At checkout my kids were trying to compliment her on her earrings and she just completely ignored them.

Shocked to our surprise because this usually doesn’t happen at Panda, Our rice was hard and clunked together and in big chunks. Absolutely terrible. Our entrees were not fresh. The one in Kingsport is a lot better. We wont be going back to this one. Visited on March 19. 2022. Food quality not good on this visit.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The food is absolutely disgusting. If you have a choice to eat from a gas station or here, choose the gas station! The chicken was so hard that if you throw it through a window, it would break it. The noodles are so gross dry and non-edible. The price of this garbage is outrageous. Save your money and go anywhere else!

Very awful at timing…they never seem to have food ready ever. Always sending customers from the drive through to the front of the store saying 5 to 8 minute wait. Resulting in 25 to 35 minutes waiting. They also will NOT do returns on your order that you never receive when you can’t wait any longer for it. This location needs new management or get the ones there trained properly on food management and time management.
