Flavors are good but I ordered shrimp and a side of rice, not rice and a side of shrimp. Only 5 shrimps for a whole meal? That’s crazy. This is the second time we’ve bought from them and the dinner portions were great, I’m hoping it’s a one time thing because they do taste good.

After ordering and being told 20 minutes, I waited over an hour for my food to arrive. I called twice in that time asking when my food would be here. The fried rice has no flavor and the chicken (I ordered bourbon chicken) is rubbery. The only thing that was good was the egg drop soup. Don’t waste your money or your time ordering from here.

My order was 3 hours late, the food was cold, and way over priced, the tax is through the roof and the driver fee was rediculous. When I called to check on the order I was told 10-15 minutes twice over an hour time span, and when I asked about canceling the order to get a refund the phone was hung up on me. Do not recommend this place at all, save your money and your time. Will never order from this place again!

Ordered this food for lunch and it was terrible. General tso chicken + shrimp fried rice. Chicken was so tough I thought it was jerky. Rice had no flavor even after 3 packets of soy sauce. Luckily I had hot sauce to add some taste to the rice.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND FOOD. Guys save your time calling here! , lady on the phone is EXTREMELY rude, her English is poor and she doesn’t like answering questions or repeating herself. My wife made an order of probably more than $100 for all her navy team and she was yelling at her on the phone. It is CRAZY that this place runs like that. I don’t mind if they are having a bad day once in a while is fine but still as a restaurant you should have the patience to answer what comes in the combo as many times as is needed when you don’t understand a Chinese accent. THIS IS A CONSTANT BEHAVIOR FROM THE RESTAURANT and I am latina myself and there is plenty of ppl that I have to repeat myself at work and in general because of my accent and that is okay. THIS PLACE IS A CERO ! Go somewhere else guys.

If you’re hypersensitive you may not want to call here. During the lunch rush, there is a female employee that is a wee bit curt with customers when they call to place orders. To some degree, I understand she’s trying to manage a large volume of calls and people who are there in person to place orders. Most of all, these are the customers you longed for to keep your business afloat so it may bode well to try a little patience and show some appreciation for those who do business here.
