Last weekend I ordered 30pc chicken wings. When I ordered online they don’t have the option to pay with a card, the one from commerce does. I don’t care that much about it, but something that I didn’t like was that I got around 4 wings with feathers. It looks so gross, I stoped eating and tell my family about it. We can’t finished the rest the wings. I called the store and they wanted me to go and exchange those wings for another ones. I told them I don’t even want to get more because I wanted to throw up… I just wanted to tell them about it, so they can be more cautious and clean the wings for the customers. The food looks very nasty like that, I don’t want to go back to any Wingstop. I prefer to cook them at home buying them from the meat market and clean them by myself. At least I know what I’m eating.

Upon entrance the register girl to the right when it was my turn just left and the girl at left register would awkwardly look at me then look away several times. I didn’t know if they were doing it on purpose to ignore and refuse me. Then the register girl to the right came back and never spoke a word to me and looked at me as if I knew to start my order- so I did lol. She was disrespectful throughout and I will never return because of them.

TO THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE (1739 SW LOOP 410 STE. 501, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS STORE 1530)- you threatening to fire your employee in front of almost 30 customers is unacceptable.
