Went here and wanted a steak bowl. I asked if there would be any fresher steak coming out because their were just crumbs in the bowl, and the cook said 30 minutes. No worries, I waited. I checked back 30 minutes later and the line worker said that it wasn’t ready. I asked if he planned on making any steak for the rest of the night (since they don’t close until 11), and she said “he has some other things he needs to do”, but it may be 15 more minutes. I left. I was kind, and I didn’t why I waited if they new that there would be no more steak coming up soon.

Don’t order food from here around the time they open. They use meat leftover from the night before. They claim it’s only the chicken that gets used but my bowl from this morning had old, dry, shriveled steak. Now I have to take an extra trip to get fresh food. Other times of the day they are fine

I have had my bowl of rice at this Chipotle’s location several already to know that they offer great service. I have never had any issues with them. They are always friendly with a great smile on their faces. I crack jokes with them sometimes and it always land well. The taste is legendary as we all know. The decor is fabulous with the aluminum tables that are easy to clean. Brilliant!!!

Recently moved to the area, and unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle. Out of approximately 10 or so orders over the last year, they operate at about a 25% accuracy rate. 40% of the time we have received an inaccurate order (but at least was our order) and 35% of the time we get someone else’s order entirely. Would suggest ordering from a different location if possible, or be ok with the Russian roulette that is this location.

This was my first time going to a Chipotle and it was a horrible experience. The customer service was horrible! I asked for a burrito bowl and the guy tried to give me a burrito. I said burrito bowl at least 4 times and he wasn’t listening! I also asked if I could have 2 meats and he completely ignored me! My daughter ordered a burrito bowl and 2 kids quesadilla plates and he only made 1 kids plate and didn’t ask my daughter if she wanted the veggies on her bowl which she did want, but again, he wasn’t listening! I had also wanted 1 taco for my younger kid and I had to ask the checkout lady for it because the guy wasn’t listening! He then made 3 tacos even though I specified 1 at least twice. I didn’t want to argue so I just said whatever and paid for my food and we left. When we got home, the tacos were all smashed and there were rock hard pieces of avocado and tons of pieces of just fat in both our bowls. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will not ever go back there to that location!

Not awful but not great either. My 8 year old got two tacos and a drink and wasn’t charged kid’s meal price. We were charge full price and I didn’t notice until after we ate. My chicken quesadilla was very oily/greasy. It wasn’t cut for me so I had to cut it with a plastic knife and nearly burned my fingers. The bathrooms are single person so there can be some waiting to use. The queso was very spicy and has a unique flavor. Neither bad nor good since you don’t taste much after the second bite. Overall, probably won’t be back. No hard feelings though, just not for me.

Worst chipotle ever! I have tried to give this place multiple chances and I am disappointed each time. The food is okay, but the service is awful. I always do pick up in the app and the last two times they waited until my food was done to advise no vinaigrette was available. Tonight I came in for a pick up order an hour before they close and they tell me after waiting for 30 mins they’re out of cheese — AFTER I had been advised twice that my food was being made since it wasn’t ready for pickup at the allotted time. I was refunded, but I also used my free queso .. which I did not get back. I’m not mad that they didn’t have any cheese, it just seems like people were walking around and in the 30 mins I sat there, that could have been something that was remedied.
