Price seemed very high for what I ordered so I asked why, and found out I was charged for food I didn’t ask for. When that was fixed I was still being asked for too much money, but he wouldn’t tell me what he had for the rest of my order, and when I paid I wasn’t given a receipt. The ticket that came with the food said I was also charged for a drink I didn’t ask for and I wasn’t given. I think the cashier must have kept it for himself. Plus my burger had only half a patty, see picture. Don’t eat here unless you want them to take your money.

We pulled up to the right side order box and the person asked what we would like. We told her we needed a moment and she said to order when ready. We tried but she never responded again. So we drove around the building and went to the other order box and it went well

I’m on law enforcement and this was my go to place for some after shift food. Got there at about 12:15 am and ordered the two cheese quesadilla tray and got two really burnt chicken quesadillas. This is about the 5th time this month it’s happen. Also ordered a pink lemonade and the and they filled it to the lid with ice. This place is going down hill fast.

I ordered food through the drive thru around midnight on 05/06/23 and the most precious, sweetest boys were working. One boy took my order and was so patient and friendly. I think I fell in love with his voice over the intercom. Another boy gave me my food and was just as sweet. You could tell the three boys working together were work besties and I loved seeing that. They literally made my night by just being themselves. 10/10 recommend. Amazing service!!!!!

My corn dog was entirely burnt to the point it wasn’t even edible.. Also ordered a hamburger with toppings, and they didn’t have all the toppings. They also forgot about the milkshake I had ordered. Definitely not going back there anymore!

Grabbed a cookout tray for less than $9! The staff that served me was professional, complimentary and quick. I ordered quesadillas and a chicken wrap. The cheese was not completed melted on the quesadillas but after a quick microwave stint, was delicious and the very cheesy. Would visit again for the professionalism and prices!

Went through the drive through at 1:30 am. Ordered the Spicy Chicken and the West Burger…the spicy chicken had none of the condiments on it and the burger had one pickle barely a dab of BBQ sauce and a corner piece of lettuce on it.

This place is a disappointment. They mess up orders all the time. We know the company overall is good, but this location is garbage. Portion size is awful. This was a double burger and double chili fries in the pictures. I got what should be a single order and a squashed burger.

Terrible experience. They didn’t have what we wanted and decided not to order. That was fine, things happen but as we were driving through the manager and person taking orders started laughing at us. Rude and terrible customer service. Will not go back to this location.
