Came here for dinner after a full day at the waterpark. Great spot awesome service. We were seated right away which I loved and the drinks were awesome and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back to the spot.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. Got a table that had an amazing view of the three floors of mall below the restaurant. The cheese is delicious. Anything with the fresh mozzarella is worth the visit. The free appetizer with tomatoes and the two different breads were a wonderful treat. Great blend of flavors. Will be coming back to try the pizza.

From the same owners of the upscale restaurant Carpaccio at the American Dream mall located in East Rutherford, Mozzarella Bar recently opened a month ago in Court A, where my partner and I came to dinner tonight. A large menu was displayed at the entrance with some of the Italian classics: pastas, pizzas, and charcuterie. However, the star of every dish is the mozzarella, which is imported from Italy, along with other fresh ingredients. Upon entering, we were greeted by the host/manager, Michelle, who whisked us to a table overlooking the court. The vibe was upscale and modern. We decided on the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and the Linguini with Calamari. Our server was Italo, who brought out the complimentary rosemary flatbread and foccia with bruschetta to start our meal. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious with its ingredients. The dish portion wasn’t huge, but the price was very reasonable. The Alfredo sauce could have been a bit thicker. The staff was attentive and friendly. We can recommend this place for a repeat performance.

Friendly attentive staff. Beautiful seating. Nice name. However the food wasn’t up to par. Small portions and lacks luster.

I enjoyed eating here with my friends. The food was good however, some of our orders were INCREDIBLY salty and my friends couldn’t finish their meals because of this. The pasta portions were also smaller than expected and still felt pretty hungry after I finished my dish. The pricing was somewhat reasonable. I felt I could’ve gone somewhere else and pay just as much for a more filling meal. There was one woman on staff that was very quick and pleasant. However, our initial male waiter was very slow so we ended up having to ask the lady for more bread, straws, etc. The restaurant itself was very nice and aesthetic.

All honesty, I shouldn’t have expected a lot. Let’s start off with the food, I ordered the lasagna and if I knew I was going to get a Lego sized piece of bland lasagna, I wouldn’t have ordered it. It tasted very microwaved My guests both ordered the Alfredo, for $6 extra, they gave her 6 tiny flavorless baby shrimps, and the other ordered the chicken for $4 extra; he received 4 bland strips of chicken. The food here isn’t anything to die for. It’ll do to fill you up but then again, very overpriced. Second we have the service. These waiters were very robotic and constantly on top of you, which not necessarily a bad thing. These guys were literally waiting around for people because the atmosphere was dead. When we walked in I believed there to be about 2 other tables with customers. At the end of the day, the food wasn’t the best. I wish you guys the best!

Service was nice, and the wait was non-existent. Food was pretty run of the mill for Italian with nothing too special for portions, flavor, or options. No kids menu so the options for a family was even more limited. We split meals for the youngest 2 and with drinks and food it was nearly $25-$30 per person with tip.
