1. Staff has always been hit and miss on attitude and customer service. 2. Pumps are frequently bagged, with more than one usually nonfunctional. 3. Credit card machines have had to be “reset” or fail to transmit. 4. I normally have to go inside to get a fuel receipt. And the final straw, and reason I will go back into town, out of my way, to the bigger guys. 5. You installed a credit card machine on your tire air machine. Seriously? You are charging for air? I hope the new small amount of profit, if there is one, makes it worth it. Disappointed…

I have tried using this store since they opened. I have repeatedly had problems with the gas pumps not printing out receipts. The last two times I’ve had to pull up to a third pump for gas and still didn’t get gas. I’m done. Their cashiers are definitely not overly friendly either. I’ll not ever go back to this store again.

Don’t order pizza for delivery from this location. Paid for it online and left a tip. The tip gets you a quiet knock on the door and the pizza left on the cold, dirty porch immediately. If you order from here, probably just pay cash so they have to interact with you instead of just leaving your food on the ground without a care about your food but a tip in their pocket

This darn store is something else I went in there on Thursday and got gas a Drink and a darn croissant . I paid 47.05 total I told them that I wanted 45.00 in gas my car didn’t hold it all it would only take 42 something they still haven’t given my money back . So I’m taking my darn but. up there today on 9/17 and getting my money back .so I just went in to the store and I was told that there was no management so I’m guessing assistance only I really hope that they get some management in there soon and they retrain their employees because they’re rude as heck . I think when a customer walks in the door if there’s somebody standing at the register they should be greeted and they’re not and then when you walk up to the register they don’t say anything to you except would you like a receipt . They have a pump there right now that’s not working and they should put a not working sign up on it but there’s not one.

I went in for some coffee and some popcorn chicken but they didnt have any but Alec went above and beyond and came in clutch and made me some fresh ones in 5 min and brought it to my car, i honestly havnt had a better customer service experience thanks Alec u a real one.

I have only came into this store 5 times and probably never will again. I’d much rather drive to QuikTrip or Kum & Go because the people that work here are so incredibly rude. I came in this time on Monday, September 28th at 11:15am and the women that run the registers completely ignore the customers, don’t try to say hello or anything. When I went to the counter, I tried to say hello, but I was ignored while the employees continued to talk about unrelated work events. The employee wouldn’t even look at me and the only thing she said to me at all was “Need a receipt?” in the most snarky tone. This has happened to me quite a few times, the employees are just rude.
