The new owners have made this place amazing! I have tried almost everything on the menu at this point, and it is all fantastic. The only place I would eat BBQ was Memphis before I tried Shiloh’s. Now it is the only place I will go! The pulled pork, hash brown casserole, and the brownies are some of my favorites.

Ok, so I am incredibly picky about my BBQ, to the point where I just make it myself. Today I had Shiloh BBQ and I am highly impressed. The flavor was PERFECT and the meat was falling off the bone. I’m glad I’m only 20 minutes away because I will now be getting all of my bbq from them!!

Some of the best pulled pork I’ve had in a while, same with the chicken. They have some good sides as well, if you like potato salad I’d definitely recommend trying their loaded potato salad.
