Great location. The cashier was friendly, funny, and charming. I wish I had caught her name for the survey. The food was served quickly. The location was clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. The unsweetened tea was fresh. If the management sees this, I provided the receipt in hopes our cashier gets proper credit for being so great so early in the morning.

My experience was tainted by the woman who gave me my food. I paid for more than one honey mustard, she handed me the bag w no honey mustard. Then, after I asked for more since I paid for two extras she handed me back a bag that only had one. No thank you or anything. She had a horrible disposition and should not be in customer service if she can’t accommodate simple requests. Its funny because she even read the order to me before handing me the bag in the first place. Ride down to your local QT. The foods hot and ready and you can get your own sauce.

Every time I come through here with curbside at the 11 pm hour, they NEVER deliver as promised. Another customer was waiting 20 MINUTES and still hadn’t gotten their order. I ended up leaving after 15, with nothing. I don’t even know if I want to pursue getting a refund. I just know this location will NEVER again get my business. If they profess to be understaffed and can’t handle curbside, then here’s a novel idea: Turn off curbside in your app you promote so much.

The worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. I come here all the time and every single time, without fail, my order is always wrong. My order never appears on the screen so I can’t verify whether or not they got my whole order. And they don’t repeat your order back to you at the payment window either. They argued with me tonight over a drink. A $1 soda. So rude. Worst service, order is always wrong, and the icecream machine is ALWAYS down.
