I ordered online and lobby was closed so I had to sit in the drive through to puck up my order. After a long day at work I get home with dinner and I live 30 miles away only to find that one of the pot pie boxes were empty. I have a picture of an empty box. Needless to say one of my family members got nothing to eat for dinner. How does this happen?? You put an empty pot pie box in my bag. Really?? Won’t order there anymore.

Orederd the family bucket meal. Ordered extra crispy. Live 4 minutes away. Got home and opened up the bucket. The chicken was soggy and greasy. The breading was sitting in the bottom of the bucket. Took it right back and was told that was normal and not giving me a refund. Guess that’s the service and quality you can expect in Santa Fe New Mexico

Have you noticed that more and more of the chicken you buy nowadays is cartilaginous, chewy and stiff? I showed up near opening and had chicken tenders made fresh. The combo was $13.29 plus tax and unfortunately the tenders were inedible due to this growing “woody breast” epidemic that KFC is not immune to. You may get fourteen dollars worth of a meal when you come, who knows – but I got good fries, OK macaroni, and some sauce packets for the sauce drawer in the kitchen for the high price.

Tried this location couple times over years, the chicken always tasted like burn and overnight. The meat is way darker, dry, with a old meat taste. I love fried chicken, and I go to kfc all the time, but this location need a new management or closed down. I ordered at this location couple time, hoping they will improved, after 4years I never have a single meal that’s fresh. So this will be my last time order from this place.

The service that this place offers is incredible. When they gave me my order I asked for bbq and the one who attended me used vulgar language. It is for the clients who have a salary and should serve better. I paid for a combo and the fries were overheated and very hard, my son could not eat them as well as the chicken tenders. I paid extra so I could get the pieces of chicken that I wanted but when I got home my order was wrong. I just got off of work so I don’t feel like driving back up there. I stopped going because of this reason but I had a craving today. Now I know that nothing has changed and they still don’t care about customer service.
