We knew the second we walked up to the Steak-n-Shake, something was different. Inside packed full of people sitting in all the chairs with nothing in their hands or on the tables. There was also a line of folks ordering their meals. Waited 20 minutes and ordered our food. The cashier said the machine only took cash – so luckily, I had enough ca$h. We sat down and talked, played games and waited for about 30 minutes. Someone came out of the kitchen, looking for us! Our milkshakes were ready, and we enjoyed them. Then another 20 minutes went by, and we got the rest of our food. The burgers were delicious. I am not sure if it was because we were hungry or it the cook was amazing. Most of the people in the restaurant looked very upset, and some demanded refunds and left. We had a good long time together, and we’re glad to finish supper finally. We may wait a few months and try again. It was apparent the manager did not know what to do. They had around 15 high school kids back there waiting for something to do. They were running out of supplies too. Seemed strange, no doubt.

Take out burgers and fries. I like the skinny fries and the burgers are decent. Not terribly expensive and traveled to home well. Never have been inside but drive through seems to be most popular at this location.

Ok! Have lived in Smyrna 16 years was excited for steak ‘n Shake to come here and tonight this is the milkshake that they thought I wanted and expected. Can’t understand what makes this experience so different than anything I’ve experienced in 20 years! I would assume that I won’t be coming back what say you?

disgusting establishment, let’s start with the fact that all the food is directly floating in oil, 2 I paid $ 70-80 for my order when I took the order and came home I grabbed 4 positions in the package, I didn’t have the mood to go swear, especially since the food was disgusting, it was the first and last time I ordered from this dump

The food was good, but there is chaos in the management. New trainees behind the register by themselves, extra people wandering around indoor and outside. I’m also not super fond of this new fast-food like concept. It was much nicer when the restaurant was a diner-style place.
