First of all got 3 orders of fried wings supposed to be 6 but they just broke 3 pieces of chicken in half pitiful. Don’t know what they have on their menu online says ginger & garlic chicken, then when I called oh we don’t sell that, ok that’s fine & had my mouth set on the chicken it’s all burnt & hard & lo mein black like charcoal & taste like rubber! No type of flavor on the fried rice or anything just blah. If I could leave zero stars I would, just pitiful! Won’t get my service ever again!!

Food and service was great, would highly reccomend.. unless you’re just someone with a lack of taste buds and thinks other spots like “cook out” is good food.. at that point you’re not worthy.

This use to be our favorite Chinese Restaurant until tonight. We ordered 5 combo meals to go. One of the meals was sweet and sour shrimp. They forgot to put the sauce in the bags. Got home after 15 minute drive and realized the sweet and sour sauce was not in the bag. Called and was told I could come get it. I asked for a credit instead since going there to get it and back home would leave my food cold and everyone else finished eating another 20-30 min. I was told they wouldn’t credit me. Asked for a manager and he proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t give a Credit they were too busy, and that only half of my order was not in the bag. He compared it to getting chicken nuggets and the sauce was forgotten. No, sorry this is quite different, I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and didn’t get the sweet and sour shrimp just fried shrimp. He did not care at all. Very cold attitude. Not very good customer service. We used to be regulars but will not be going back since they obviously do not value their customers.

I’ve been ordering from this place for over 10 years. You cannot keep riding on your past success and think your regulars will keep coming back if you’re not improving your restaurant quality. Not your food but your atmosphere and luck mean a lot even to your regulars. Plus your delivery people they need to apply a little more tact and courtesy it goes a long way don’t assume you can keep the change it’s not a good look. Normally the customer is right I’ve learned over the last couple of years that’s not the case with Fortune House any longer when your quality comes back I’ll come back until then I’ll get my Chinese elsewhere once a loyal customer. Loyalty should be a two-ray street.

An Excellent Company
I ordered this today from DoorDash. The food was VERY fresh and hot and it arrived super fast…obvious it was made fresh. The flavors are decent and the ingredients high quality. The only negative is the bbq pork was just a bowl full of onions with barely any pork in there…really odd…so I called and they said it’s mostly onions and said I must not have had it before.soooo the flavor is good but I hate onions lol. Anyway…good place I just know now not to order the onion bowl! Everything else is very good so I gave them 4 stars only as when I called they were just sort of like “deal with it” and honestly I get bbq pork somewhere else for same price and it’s so much I have to eat it in 2 meals and I don’t expect that from everywhere but a bit of help would have been appreciated!! I spent 31.00 . I’ll go here again though 🙂 just will ask more questions!!

The food was ready quickly and the prices are good, but the flavor was seriously lacking. General Tso’s tofu was over fried and the sauce was more sweet than spicy. Szechuan veggies were a little crunchy for my liking and once again, no spice.

FINGER. NaIL IN FOOD…. My husband order dinner from this establishment and unfortunately had a finger nail with side cuticle attached in my food. Husband called to inform establishment what occurred, instead of refund being offered they offered to exchange food. Husband requested refund our entire meal, to which they said they couldn’t because the owner wasn’t there. Long story short, I recommend not eating there because its not sanitary and members of the staff are not carrying out standard food safety handling protocols. There’s a concern with this especially in the times we live in. Sad to say customer service was terrible and showed no concerned to what transpired. They wanted their food returned in order to refund money. Again bad customer service because they offer delivery service, but yet they weren’t accommodating to pick up food. Husband returned food and finally received refund. Poor customer service, lack of basic health sanitary measures. Eat at your own risk, God only knows what other biological substances you’re eating.

This is the best on the area. Love the lunch and dinner combos specials. Prices are good. Portions are good. Seasonings are bakanced. If you like hot dishes specify that they’re not heavy handed. Inside is nice, never ate in though. Good parking lot shared with grocery and pizza shop. Phone etiquette is slacking. Could be more polite at counter also.

Awful fried rice. Onions in fried rice taste like soap. Got the general tso lunch it’s tasteless. Meat tastes bad like a dirty sock. Egg roll is awful. I took less then 5 bites of my plate and I already feel sick.
