I like this sandwich shop. The sandwiches/subs are good, the ingredients are quality, and they have a few vegetarian options. They make and slice everything fresh for you order. You may pay a little more compared to other places, but I feel it is worth it. Added bonus, there is never really a huge line so you get your order pretty fast.

Consistently takes forever no matter who is on staff or time of day. So I got smart. Order ahead. Nope. They never make the sub ahead. I waited 15 minutes behind my pickup time, they don’t care or respect pickup times. When I asked if they cared that I will now don’t have time to eat it I was told not to come back by a nice old man who was the only one working. The curly haired lady forgot about me multiple times. Not much for to say. I was eating here an abnormal amount. So this fixes that glitch.

Food handling violations! Beware. While waiting on my food today the person making the cold cuts paused to check their phone and fiddle with their hat without changing gloves. Unfortunately my sub went directly to the trash.

First my online order was lost at the store. They made it while I waited, but did not use the gluten free bread that I paid extra for. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was already home. Multiple requests for a refund of the upcharge for the bread they didn’t give me have been ignored.
