$18 dine in. Sub was pretty good, but service is awful! All 3 cashiers were having fun listening to music pretty loud! And no one of them didn’t even clean the tables! So I had to grab some napkins and clean the table by myself so I could sit and eat!

A good sandwich place with some interesting combinations. This place runs a similar setup to how other sandwich places work. You can select one of their pre made sandwiches and you can modify it how you’d like. I got the avocado turkey sandwich and the powerhouse salad. I also was encouraged to sample their Mac and cheese. Overall I would say that each of these items were exactly what they sound like, without any sense of “amazing”. The salad was put together in pieces and it prevented the salad from being flavourful. The sandwich was good— just what I wanted and predicted it would taste like. The Mac and cheese tasted like a combination of fresh and powdered cheeses. The cold brew milkshake was very delicious, I would go back just for that (and the cute cookie as a finish was a nice touch). The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

A short bald man, presumably a higher up, walked in and started chewing out all the hardworking employees. I had no issues with my service and the staff was friendly and efficient. The experience ruined the atmosphere and made for an awkward eating experience. Great service here but it seems unappreciated by those higher in the command chain.

I give most places a pretty reasonable margin of error when it comes to ingredients. Missing lettuce? Okay. Missing mustard? Whatever. But when I order a CHICKEN Mediterranean sandwich and there’s no chicken? Inexcusable.

I ordered a BLTA I received a piece of bread with bacon on it and NOTHING ELSE when I spend 12 dollars on a sandwich I expect it to have the topping it supposedly comes with, bad service, bad experience don’t waste your time or money
