I have given this store many chances but today was definitely my last time. Cashier was of course rude, as always but when I asked for more Arby’s sauce because they gave me 4 after spending $30 there she told me no, I even offered to pay for them. She did let me know they sell the sauce at walmart which was so thoughtful of her.

Terrible. Got home and saw the Six piece buffalo chicken meal that was over 8$ was just pieces from the bottom if the bag. Quarter sized. Called and reported most pieces were no bigger than a quarter and was told “That’s how we get them so that’s how we give them,” . No attempt to offer any help ir return etc. I said I would show this on their reviews, “Oh well” she said. I’ll never go to this Arby’s again

Well I had the Wagyu burger twice today… The first time and the last time. It looks great on TV and on paper, but it was totally unremarkable. The secret sauce doesn’t compare to anything I’ve had before. The meat was fully cooked but had no flavor at all. I liked Burger King’s Impossible Whopper better and I hated that! This will not age well at all. This burger is overpriced and the advertisements are overblown. I will not have another one. Arby’s should stick to roast beef and leave the burgers to the experts.

I was craving a classic roast beef sandwich, actually 2 CRB sandwiches. I knew Arbys didn’t close till 11, so after a quick run to Walmart which my receipt stated I checked out at 10:21pm I headed over to Arbys (0.9 miles away/ 3 minute drive) and the lights were on in the dining room and kitchen, they appear to be open but after sitting at the speaker for about 3-4 minutes without a greeting (I called the store while sitting there 3 times and no one answered) I drove to the window. All the lights had been turned off and although 3 vehicles in parking lot (assuming employees ) there was not an employee in sight. While I took pictures, another customer pulled up and waited at the speaker. He was very agitated as well that the store was closed. If your sign says open until 11, you should be. AND ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Missed many opportunities to make money because every fast food place open had a line wrapped around the building. Bad business Arbys!

Maybe the drive through should be the only thing open at this Arby’s location. People should love their jobs or at least try to love it. I have no idea what happened in these employee’s lives to make them so bitter toward the world and its people, but it’s a shame. The service was so lacking from the time we walked in until we left. No acknowledgement of customers coming or going, no communication on drinks or food being ready. My 6 year old offers better service than these “employable” adults. Bless their hearts. The food was okay once we got it.

It has been a while since eating here and was disappointed that they got rid or the turkey wrap. So I decided to get the chicken club wrap and my son got the chicken sandwich. Me and him both were so disappointed the chicken tasted nasty(both is them) mine tasted like they microwave my whole wrap and chicken was so rubbery I could not even chew it and then there was a very bad tasting nugget. My son ate some of his and then his started tasting nasty. Extremely disappointed. Will not be be going back and will tell others also!

Tried to order my normal turkey gyro ~ was told by cashier couldn’t so found something else. It was okay, didn’t have much meat in it for 11$ worth. However, we were over charged for an extra sandwich we didn’t order then told the manager had to take care of us & the customer in front of us whose order was taken wrong. We all patiently waited. When the manager finally got to us she was impatient and rude to not only both of us but another customer who came in after us with a problem. Wouldn’t recommend this Arby’s to anyone and won’t return either.

Staff was very slow. The cashier just ignored the fast growing line and was the slowest person I have ever seen. Had I been the manager I would have fired her. No motivation just tossing the food on the counter and moving on. No thank you/ have a good day or ho welcome

I came through the drive thru before work today and ordered a meal with a large peach lemonade. First off the lid was wrong. It was a size that on first glance appeared to fit but it free spun and when I went to take a drink spilled out UNDER the lid all over me AND my truck. So I have a nice, sticky lemonade coating on me clothes before a 12 hour shift and also on my truck that will have to be cleaned up first thing when I get off of work. The lemonade had a weird, meaty taste as if some of the juices from the meat were in the cup of lemonade. It was raunchy. If I hadn’t already driven away…
