Awesome restaurant! Rod, the owner and chef, is so friendly and welcoming. He answered all our questions. And, his food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I’ve been eating Middle Eastern food for 40 years and his is some of the best I have ever eaten. This little hidden gem is a place you don’t want to miss! Everything we ate was fantastic. I highly recommend you try several things. Ask him for recommendations if it’s your first time. Even something my sister doesn’t normally like, she loved! SO. VERY. GOOD. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Oh, and it is handicapped accessible, as well! My new favorite place to go!!

I had a huge Kebbih craving and we ended up ordering a ton of food! Everything looked, smelled and tasted great: the fatayeh & kebbih were the highlight of my day. I’m really glad we found this place! I’d highly recommend it both if you want to try something new or if you’re already familiar with the cuisine.

A lovely dining experience, both for the food and for the hospitality! Our host knew a lot about the cuisine and was generally very kind and friendly. We tried the mini sampler and a variety of pita sandwiches and entree platters, all very flavorful and interesting. The vanilla and pistachio ice cream is also excellent, definitely give that a try as well!

Absolutely fabulous food! Charming small restaurant, Owner Chef Rod was there alone tonight, so friendly, answered our questions about the dishes. We started with dessert: Pistachio Ice Cream Rolls, 2 slices per serving, we split a serving. Yes, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this as an appetizer, with a cup of tea! Zaatar bread was beyond description good, and the Mohammarra bread with cheese – wow! (Think mildly spicy pizza). Lamb kofta over salad, and the BEST Baba Ganoush in Philly! Oh, and the falafel! Crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft interior – perfection!
