This was truly a blast from the past for me. Growing up eating here, the food was always great, but the service was never there. Now, it felt like visiting a friend’s home. I wish I had gotten the names of the two associates that were there. This was a pleasure, highly recommend.

The food was done fast but was not tasty at all. My bread was falling apart immediately and tasted stale and my cheese steak barely had any cheese. Also didn’t get a receipt for my transaction and nobody answered at the drive through until I yelled hello after 5 mins of waiting not sure I’d return here first bad Miami subs experience ever at this location disappointed

Food was decent no complaints .there was one employee ( wish i could have got his name) believe young Hispanic man super helpful and nice deserves a raise , also one lady up by the cashier super nice . Only real complaints was the main door to the establishment was locked not very welcoming to guest at all when I first got there looked like they just got done moping the floors I was thinking ” maybe” that’s why they had to the door locked to let the floors dry but I was there for a good 20 mins and the floors were dry and multiple guest were greeted to a locked door and one gentleman tried to leave and was told to go around ….there was one employee I wasn’t pleased with at all was complaining outloud in front of the guest when she asked to clean one of the grills and was complaining about the AC not working in the establishment it wasn’t super Cold but it was bareable I can see by the grills if it’s super bad complain to management. I would say it was 5/10 experience. Managers and other leadership should pop in occasionally to see what’s going on

Very rude the workers that works there very rude my order not completely finish three time for My deliver driver to pick up. And when called they thought it was so funny that my order was not received and completed. Very unprofessional at least the should have been kind. It was my orders that was missing . I guest they will know what it feels like when it happens to them…Good luck lol laugh at that

I got just an auful service tonight. It was an online order. When I opened a bag at home I found that meat was on the bottom of the bag separate from the box with fries and the salad. What is it? Besides, instead of the ordered coleslaw there was a Greek salad with wilted greens.

Plesently surprised! I walked into a very nice looking fast dinning restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a new bar section which i was not expecting to see but was very welcomed. We were allowed to sub a draft beer instead of a soft drink. Food was fresh and tasty as always.

My fiancé Chris is originally from Broward County and while we were visiting family he wanted me to try Miami Grill & ever since I’ve fell in love with their food. They have the best cheesesteaks & seasoned fries!! I also tried their grilled chicken sandwich which was amazing as well! We did buy two of their limited edition cups that have pretty cool art on them!

The food was hard for the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Customer service was nice but for nearly 10 dollars i wish i went to another place. Their fries were so rough i think i hurt my gums… The chicken was not moist at all. I had a sub here and it was good. The serice was nice but please do. Somethibg about this the sause was everywhere unbalanced and did not compliment the over done chicken and fries. Big disappointment. Maybe the Greece or something. The rasberry tea was rhe only tasty thing. I blame the restaurants ingredients or oil used to fry or timer. The picture on advertising is completly different i thought this was a fish sandwich. Wish i can get a refund. However kindly i ate and decided not to order that or here again! Go with fast food.i hope their shrimp is well cooked. Seriously concerned…
