Customer service was excellent I ordered a blue slushie n paid for it but when it was time to get it was told it was not coming out like it should so she offered a gallon of there sweet tea instead how wonderful n nice she was to do that. We placed an order over 40.00 n food was made correctly n hot. The dinning room was empty n clean counter was clean n customer service was excellent. Thank you.

I didn’t think it was possible have the worst chicken tenders other than getting them at a gas station boy was I wrong. Dried out and cold the same with the mash potatoes cold and tasted like instant potatoes you get in a box. Never again…

So we decided to try Church’s Chicken say which we have never been there before. We also will never go back ever again. We bought the Feed 6 Family Meal for $25.99 which came with a choice of three family size sides or two family size sides and six biscuits. We choose the two sides with biscuits, with mashed potatoes and fries. Family Size? You must be kidding Church’s, these fries are about a McDonald’s medium and the mashed potatoes wouldn’t feed 6 babies as a side item. I have included pictures to show this ridiculousness. Especially since they couldn’t even fill this tiny fry container which is supposed to feed 6. We will stick with KFC! I am amazed anyone would purchase this meal package and actually be able to feed a family of 4, which we have, let alone the 6 advertised.

They don’t take there time on us talking to them they are to fast in talking to customer’s they are to slow people have to wait 15mins to 30mins why we just can’t see why they are talking and laughing they are having a good time .some time there food is not done so by the time you get home is to far to go back .this company’s need to teach your employees to serve better and take there time in talking to people and be fast bring the food to the customer’s. I will talk to some of my family about this.

I would have given them a whole five stars except for my buns had not been prepared properly and they were flat and hard. That being said the chicken and sides were amazing fresh hot it was really good. They had me pull around to wait for my order which I don’t mind at all when it comes out that piping hot okay.
