I will not return to this location ever again. The speed of service was very fast, but once I received my food I saw exactly why. I felt very rushed at the window. I did not receive enough silverware, my drink had ice in it after I clearly asked for NO ice, and my Cole slaw was thrown on my plate and leaking out the side mixed with French fries. I also asked for double fries on one order and received a very small amount (hand full) of fries. I mentioned the portion of fries and asked could I receive more as I asked for double and the young lady named Mallory, said she was the manager, stated this location “weighs” their fries. Furthermore, my tenders were VERY small; almost the size of my pointer finger. A complete shame! I did not feel welcomed, my presentation of my food was terrible and I felt very rushed. Will not return to this location.

I went to the Zaxby’s in Yulee. Went through the drive-through and placed my order. I was very clear in what I ordered, having learned to do that to hopefully ensure the order is accurate. After paying and driving off, I thought it prudent to check the order. I am glad I did. The order was completely wrong. Nothing like what I had ordered. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside. At the counter, I advised the order was wrong. I went over again what I had ordered. Another 10 minutes goes by and they brought the revised order to the counter. Still not right. They redid the order and at that time I asked to speak to the ‘manager.’ The person who identified herself as the manager had no management nor customer service skills. When I got home with the revised meal(s), I then discovered that many of the condiments (which I had paid for) were not in the bag. I would recommend hiring someone who can effectively manage and who has at least some basic customer service skills. Whatever Zaxby’s does, be assured the company will not receive another minute or dollar from me.

The prices have gone up but the quantity and quality of food has gone down. The tenders should have been tossed and this is considered double fries… I guess I should know better, won’t be back. Also the sauce is usually added to the box touching food, workers handle the sauce with bare hands…gross.

My son loves this place and for 3 days they have got the order wrong. That’s to many times smh. He can’t eat Pickles and pickles was on each sandwich. The bad part is I get him the meal with a extra sandwich for later. Smh I called and no one answered the phone.
