Young ladies that work here have terrible customer service skills. Never give you a minute to place your order in full. They rush you through. Then act as if they are better than you. We have come here several times and everytime is the same experience. I think we will just go to the Northpark location from now on. Management needs to step up and start holding these girls accountable and retrain how to speak to people.

I somehow totally spaced on getting my wife a birthday cake. She loves the blizzard cakes, especially chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate ice cream. I ordered it that morning and they had it ready by 3pm. I expected I’d have to get one of the shelf ready ones but they pulled through!

All I wanted was a chili dog with not too much chili on it. I asked if they could put the chili on the side and I can put it on myself and I was told flat out no. I kind of scoffed a little bit so the girl behind the counter brought someone from the back to discuss it, I guess it was such a complex request that they just did not know how to deal with it . The young woman who came up from behind the back, just looked at me, grumbled and said no we’re not going to do that. so to be clear. Putting a little chili in a cup, and not on a hotdog is way on their ability here.
