Been a customer for years. This place had gone downhill for the past 10 years. All the coffee tastes the same. Burned. The overpriced breakfast sandwiches taste microwaved and not fresh @ all. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich with “fried eggs” cheese and bacon. I assumed the bread would be toasted. Nope. Stale & chewy. It was all bread, the sandwich was put together sloppy. Two tiny pieces of rubbery bacon with no flavor. Eggs were microwaved with gross sour cheese. Just an all around disappointment. I’m done with Dunkin’s

Been to this location several times and noticed on the weekends a lot of students like to hang out, which is great. The problem is when they’re a distraction for the staff. I ordered on the go curbside from my car and waited more than 6 minutes before coming inside to find the staff standing around talking. When asked about my order he stated he didn’t see my car and when later asked to remake the drink his attitude was dismissive. Thankfully another cashier stepped in to help.

The Bathroom Guy
This is out of the ordinary for me but I feel as though I must leave a third party review. I received a disturbing text message from a friend who stated he had gone to the bathroom at said Dunkin’ Donuts. I was informed they were out of toilet paper, which always brings a bathroom review way down. Thinking outside the box, paper towels were the best option. Guess what happened next. You guess it, another bathroom trying to save the planet by using an air drier! How many more times do customers need to suffer by not having paper towels? Wake up America, not having paper towels in a bathroom isn’t saving a planet. You’re losing customers by doing this. I would highly recommend not using the bathroom. As they have no means of cleaning yourself and I have idea what was ultimately used for toilet paper in that bathroom today. Again, really scary receiving a text like this from a close friend. Really disappointed to start my day like this.
