I ordered takeout for my fiance and myself. I arrived to pick up the food and requested a few extra sauces, 2 white and a ginger. After paying my bill and leaving a good tip on the Togo food the host or whomever it was helping me reminded me that it is supposed to cost extra for sauces….something they would include with your meal when dining in. The tab for one entree and 2 appetizers with a tip was nearly $60. She even recognized that I was staying in the hospital because of my visitors badge and I told her my fiance had been in for a long time and I was taking the food to her and went ahead and mentioned the sauces typically cost extra. The food was acceptable. I won’t be back.

This is the first time I’ve been upset eating out. I’m a humble person and normally I support any restaurant. This time I had to wait nearly 2:30 hours just for 2 sushi plates and 1 fried ice cream. The tuna sushi wasn’t even fresh. It was so fishy. Barely anyone was dining in and it still took so long. The server barely check up on me. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had dining out. I’m not planning to come back. Don’t recommend this place if you wanna save time. Trust me other sushi place is better than this one. Also it was so expensive I’ve spent 100 just for a few stuff.

Very good food, was very chill. Barely anyone in there surprisingly. Quick service. Very friendly. Drinks refilled quickly. I had a sweet tea (was great), and the chicken hibachi. The veggies were perfect, wish I had ordered extra. Low light atmosphere. My fiance had the chicken udon, was very good. Michael served us, very good job.

I would put 10 stars if I could the ginger dressing is the best I’ve had in a while the sushi rolls are on point we had the detonator and the champ chop I recommend The hibachi lunch steak was cooked perfectly and my mom’s shrimp bowl the shrimp are cooked perfect juicy and they are big! Great amount of food for the prices. The customer service is above and beyond and my mom said some of the best sweet tea in a long time!

My wife and I have been eating Susi at Bushido for 10 years now and it has been by far the best and freshest fish we have had in the Charleston area. Not only is the food and service the bomb but the size of the fish slices for the sushi are huge and the rolls are large and fantastic. All the food and service at this restaurant are top notch and you will not be disappointed by the food quality service or price. Why go downtown Charleston or other places and pay higher prices for smaller portions when you can go to Bushido and truly get your monies worth.

I have ordered here multiple times. I used to order on my lunch break every day and the quality of food has always been amaing! The last 3 times I have ordered food, I have gotten the wrong order. I was told that a new employee put the order down incorrectly.There was no soy or white sauce so you have to request these too. This restaurant is very expensive so one would expect better service.
