Serving breakfast all day, from delicious pancakes, French toast, huge omelets, smoked sausage, turkey bacon & turkey sausage, a local favorite!

I took my son, who is a student at Charlotte, to the Tryon House Restaurant for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was our first time here, and this place has been around for a long time. I ordered the combination breakfast, and it was a lot of food that was delicious. The staff is very friendly and I even met the owner and his son. If you are looking for a good place for breakfast in the University area, check out the Tryon House.

Food was good. Cool place. Only reason for 4/5 stars is menu prices are a lot higher than what I was expecting (I guess I saw an older menu and items were $3+ dollars more expensive…don’t like inflation but not the businesses fault).

Simple no frills, cheap and tasty food establishment that serves breakfast all day. I don’t know her name, but always the same waitress when I go in and she is just the sweetest. She always remembers me and my dad and if I go without him she always asks abt him. She is an amazing waitress, take one sip of your drink and best believe she’s coming to refill that one sip hahaha, never misses a beat. Food is always amazing as well.

Need a better person answering the phones and taking orders. She always sounds like she doesn’t want to be there and never makes sure the customer is finished with order before hanging up. She can real kill a vibe to yall business because I been coming for years and I really hate when I have to call my order in and get that young lady yall have working the front desk with short hair

First time here, although y my boyfriend had been here before. Breakfast was amazing. Got the western omelette with hash browns and it was delicious. Our server was also very nice and welcoming and overall the food and service was fantastic. My boyfriend hasn’t tried dinner here, and neither have I so it will definitely be next on our list!!
