Great food. I got a quesadilla and it was huge and as cheesy as it gets, crunchy and perfectly filled with beef. My friend got bowl, which was very generous and tasty too. The only bad detail was the smell the place had, it came from the bathroom and it was not good. They need to fix that ASAP.

I gave this place two stars. The service here sucks. They made it extremely difficult to use the T-mobile Tuesday credit. If it was an inconvenience to use the reward, this location should have opt out of participating. The Mgr had an attitude because he didn’t listen and he made the wrong food item twice. This place is a disgrace. I was going to try it out since I had a promotion, even though it is totally out of my way to come to this place, because there are not many in my area. I placed the order online so I wouldn’t have to wait thinking it would be busy at lunchtime. Even though my order was submitted and all was fine when I ordered I get to the store and they tell me that they did not receive my order. I showed them that I placed the order and they have proof that the order was please but they denied to make or have that order. So now I wasted a bunch of time, toes, and my lunch break trying to try out this place. I am deleting my account and will never visit this facility again. I should have known better when it was lunchtime and no one was in the place. Just keep going to Chipotle.

We had a coupon to use at this restaurant and I spent at least 30 minutes trying to figure out how to apply it. The website was so horribly designed. We had a code and the code just didn’t work. After an about 40 minutes finally figured out we had to scan a qr code to make it work. Ok that’s fine. It’s just a coupon. After ordering my burrito I decide to use the bathroom and oh my! I don’t think I can explain with words with how dirty it was.

I came with hopes of management making adjustments due to the constant bad reviews of attitudes from the employees, but to no avail, today they definitely proved to show the exact sentiment. There was clearly blatant racism. What seemed to be female manager immediately stated that I couldn’t use rewards. She then tried to justify and say well you can’t use your first time visit reward. I don’t think you should assume that someone is coming in because they can’t afford a 10 dollar bowl of sloppily prepared ingredients. There is clearly no pride or love put into the food here. So sad because we came to try because of TMobile Tuesdays, but we don’t plan on being repeat customers. Steer clear away from this place if you want chicken, What’s Cluckin is next door.

Wow! So reading instructions is difficult at this establishment. When you can move over all the lettuce in your grill chicken bowl and there is no rice and barely any chicken! Pretty much a bowl of veggies and sauce. Can anyone locate either of these from the picture provided! Even try lifting up the “lettuce” to provide a better angle of the missing rice and chicken. SMH!
