I have been a fan of this place since 2015. Due to its location I only go to it when I am visiting family. I will say the last few times I have gone there my burrito seemed to always fall apart when eating it. However I will say today the burrito held up and was very good. Their Sunday deal of buying two burritos for $15.99 is a great value! This includes a bowl.

We absolutely love this location! A lot of young kids working but they all work so well together! The staff is very friendly and always making us laugh when we go in! We always like having the same people make our food, and go out of our way just to see the employees at this location! I usually get a bowl with double rice, double chicken, corn, and onions. The Chlula sauce is hot but good! I like to go home and add Buffalo sauce to my bowl! We love coming here and visit quite often!

Today = bad. Employees are obviously struggling or don’t know what to do. Food bins all empty, very small porsions, poor experience .. normally raving about this place. Today was not their best by far.

Had lunch at the Uniontown/Green location in June 2023. I had been a customer at the Massillon location for years, but it closed permanently recently. This location had better tasting food and good service. They seemed to care that you came in. Unlike the Massillon location, this store was busy the whole time that I was there. I actually had to stand in line to order. The dining room was fine, but could use some better care. Overall, I recommend this location and plan to return when in the area for a meal.

Food was good, however I could not believe how dirty the credit card machine was, I almost did pay and wanted to walk out. It had so much dust and grease build up on it. Please have someone clean that every so often.

I love the different options this place has. Their hotthead sauce is so good. I just wish you got a little more food. I usually get a salad and repeatedly ask for extra lettuce because it barely comes with anything, the bowl is never full at the end and it cost over $15 for a bowl and a drink (not even chips) I do love it tho.

I don’t understand why this place is even open! Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but they are always out of something…always! Whoever manages their food prep is terrible! I have been here at least 20 times and have never left with a complete bowl of what I want…tonight was no different! Went in at 7pm…2 hours before they closed…family of 4….manager had enough white rice prepped for ONE BOWL! Hello, your very business is rice, how are you out?!?!? He then said they would not be making anymore bc it takes over an hour to cook the rice and by that time they would be closing…we went on a Sunday (the day of 2 bowls for $15.99)…you would think management would know business would be more than usual and to have enough of your major staple cooked….corporate just know if you are trying to figure out why sales are down its not bc ppl aren’t coming, it bc ppl come and leave bc this location is always out of something! Went next door to Chipotle and the other 5 ppl that walked in behind us followed suit when they learned no white rice…so instead of penny pinching and afraid of too much rice going to waste at the end of the night (how much could itv really cost to make a tin of rice, probably $5)….management sent about $150 out the door! Waste of gas! Won’t be back…ever! Reflect on this post when this location is out of business.

You know I don’t know why policy changed, but me and my wife and I used to come here because she could get her rice without cilantro . We would drive the extra 20 minutes out of the way instead of stopping at chipotle , but to have an employee pull the rice out and be told they can’t do that anymore means you just lost two customers

Usually, I would give it a 5 star rating. I’ve had nothing but great experiences there. But after driving 45 minutes, threw all that crazy expressway construction work to get a steak burrito with sweet habenoro sauce. I was informed that they were feuding with the corporate office and could not get anything from them. They were out of all 3 of their top sauces and sounded like they had no idea if they would get any delivered anytime soon. I would call before you go and make sure they have what you’re looking forward to getting. I hope they get this worked out it’s not like you can go down the road to a different one.
