In a sea of bad burgers and pub foods, Jasmine Bistro was the first restaurant that didn’t disappoint. This is a Port Angeles-5-star-Thai restaurant meaning it’s a 4-star Thai eatery in most other major cities. The curry and pad Thai were actually spicy (this is coming from a SE Asian gal), and the flavors were really decent! The interior is also authentic and the staff is super nice.

We got dinner to go. I ordered their Spicy Basil noodle dish with a spice level 4 stars. The waitress double checked and said it was quite spicy. Her advice was accurate; ido love spicy food and **** was perfect. The flavor was delicious even through the heat. M. enjoyed the basil stir fry with jasmine rice. Speedy cooking as well. I hope to return.
