This is not fast food, it made fresh here. I thought this would be another fast food fake Cajun, but it’s real and authentic! The Boudin balls and egg rolls are a must try! Everything was good and they even sale their own meat if you grill or bbq!

Stopped by on a whim. Read some reviews some were raving about the food and there was a guy that was puking. Place is small maybe 10 tables and a wall of glass freezers with frozen sausage and meats? I looked nice and homey. Tried the jumbo fried shrimp with onion rings and an order of the boudin egg rolls. First the good, the boudin egg rolls are pretty good. They are served with spicy mayo. This was the best part of my meal. Egg rolls are pretty good by themselves but add the spicy mayo and they get elevated. The spiciness of the mayo hits you really quick but it quickly subsided letting me enjoy the boudin eggroll. The jumbo fried shrimp were ok. They were plump and crunchy. They were lightly sprinkled with Cajun seasonings but nothing to write home about. The onion rings seemed the frozen store bought kind. Service was great. I wished I had tasted some of their different sausages but plate was pretty well served and didn’t have any more room. 🙁

I came here specifically for boudin balls. The place could use a facelift but the boudin balls did not disappoint! Just enough spice to hit but not be too spicy. Perfectly hot enough to be pleasantly warm but not burn my mouth. The lady at the front was also gave a warm welcome and has a nice smile.

Very friendly environment. Staff were great. I got a pork chop sandwich with a side of fried okra and I have to say that is the best fried okra I have ever had. They give more than enough food for the price.

I rode from Jasper to Orange looking for some good cracklins. This place used to be great. What I got was like chewing on charcoal. Absolutely the worst cracklin ever. $25 a pound and I got robbed. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE. I also bought a spicy sausage poboy at the same time that tasted horrible and made me sick. Buyer be ware!
