A favorite of locals, six of us came to dine-in on a busy Friday night. It’s an unassuming restaurant in a strip mall. We had a short wait for a table and got quick service. Each of us ordered something different with the chicken piccata and the pasta with clams being the standouts. Meat sauce tortellini was very good too. Clearly they care about the food. It’s a BYOB place. The bill for six was $120 before tip.

Unassuming Italian restaurant in the strip mall. Very nice portions and comes with soup and salad. Food was good. Sauce is a little sweet for my taste but not bad. Very good selection of pasta dishes and specialties. Great service. Would like to try thier pizza next time as it looked really good.

ALWAYS a great choice. The hard part is that the menu has so many delicious options it’s hard to choose. Just like eating at Grandma’s You will not leave here hungry. Entrees come with soup AND a salad. The staff is friendly and attentive. The timing was perfect. We were just finishing our salad when the entree came out. Not rushed, just perfect. Limited seating outside and lots of room inside.

Come on y’all. You gotta go to Sal & Joe’s Pizza in Maple Shade, NJ. I mean this is the 2nd time I had some of their food. I tasted some of the Clams in White Sauce as an appetizer that my co-worker had one day and I fell in love. I had to make sure to go get an order of my own as soon as I could. It was very tasty. I mean it is seafood and it is the best. All I needed was some bread to sop up the sauce but it’s ok I handled it. I drank all the juice. Don’t judge me! Lol. I got my money’s worth. It was a simple appetizer but it was banging ( it was great for those who are pondering the word ‘banging’, lol).Maple Shade is #foodhaven.
