A cute clean and quaint restaurant. Our sweet little waitress seated us and as we look in our menus she got our drinks.

Pancake was huge, eggs with cheese where just ok. The coffee was a little bitter and they only had dairy free creamer. Still giving 4 star because of the customer service. Overall it was a good place to stop in for breakfast.

The service it’s not great!! We got stuck in a corner and felt as we got forgotten!! We had to grab the menus and never got asked if we wanted coffee or anything!! A group of guys came in 15 after us and got the water and coffee and menus as soon as that sat down!!

Always yum! We order lots and share because everything is so good and easy to please ladies in their 70s and preschoolers alike!

Fantastic, quaint little place. It took a little while to get my order of breakfast nachos, but the wait was more than worth the wait. Was listening to a fascinating conversation between two older gentlemen about Roman history while I waited and allowed my eyes to wander about the room and take in the copious artifacts in the walls.

The wife and I were looking for a new breakfast place to try out. Liked the atmosphere from the outside, but the inside had a really strong “cleaning” smell to it that was not pleasant. Service was so-so. Took a little while to get our order taken, but when we received our food, it was about a 5 minute wait for silverware. Food temperature was definitely reduced at that point. I had a spicy omelette, and the wife had the French Toast. The French Toast was really good, but the omelette was sub par. I’ve enjoyed the omelettes at IHOP and Denny’s more than Trolley House.

Will never go there again! Our pancake was doughy and we asked them to remake it. They said they would. Then we found a hair in the whipped cream. We were going to look passed it when we found a 2nd hair. Again, we had asked them to remake the French toast since we had covered it in the hairy whipped cream. We got an eye roll and a huge sigh. So I told them never mind, we’d just cancel that. Over 10 minutes later the pancake came out and again it was not cooked all the way. The waitress never did apologize. We never got our drinks refilled either. I have never eaten out and not left a tip until now. Unfortunately the food and service has gone downhill in the last 7 years. They definitely will not get money from us again.

Service, food quality and price are the reasons for the low rating. There were four tables seated during our visit, yet we only saw the server four times, once to deliver water, get our order, deliver the food and give us the bill. No check-ins, no refills on drinks or any other services. Food quality was not great. Food was delivered cold. Pancakes were little more than a crepe and had no flavor (even when my daughter had blueberries added). Chicken fried Chicken used a pre-made processed chicken meat patty vs a real chicken breast. The most disappointing part of the experience was the price. I asked to substitute a pancake over toast for my side, which they did. However; they charged me $1.00 for the substitute and $4.50 for the pancake. They charged me for a whole pancake! Recommend to find another breakfast restaurant that provides better service, food and prices that match the food quality.
