Food is always good, just don’t order delivery. The driver put my food & drink on the ground directly in front of my door (right in front of a table & huge chair. Don’t know why they couldn’t put it up) so that was a struggle getting the drink with barely opening the door. Ants were crawling all over the bag and cup, and also the cup has soda all over it and has 1/4 gone. They said they can only give $5 credit, which I don’t think is good enough but it’s all good I guess. Not the best J.J. experience I’ve had. New Albany is definitely the better location.

Awful…AWFUL “veggie” sandwich. First off, WOULD IT KILL YOU TO PUT AN EXTRA TOMATO OR TWO ON IT? Second, MAKE WHAT I ORDERED. Is there a single person who thinks a paltry amount of lettuce and some cheese is any sort of meal. I ordered all the fixings and got none. What a dreadful place. Back to Panera.

Do not order from here! We order from this store at least 2-3 times a month. Tonight they left a bottle of coke & a bag of chips out of our order, I asked the driver about the drink and she said it was in the bag, I thought nothing of it and came in only to find no coke and 1 missing bag of chips. I called and whoever answered said they’d send the driver out with a coke and the chips, about an hour later nobody showed up with our missing items, so I called back only for her to tell me that the person that packed it said everything was in the bag. They basically called me a liar over a missing bag of chips and a 20 ounce bottle of coke. Based on this experience we we will never order from here again. Being called a liar by what I can only assume was a manager & knowing that at least 2 of the employees and the woman that answered the phone are liars who knows what else they’re doing. Absolutely disgraceful! I would love to know how 2 gargantuan sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, a cookie and a bottle of coke would fit in the bag in the attached picture. UPDATE they sent me a 10 dollar gift card saying thanks for giving us another chance, this is comical. I didn’t get an apology from the trashy, disrespectful employee(s) that called me a liar, so Jimmy John’s will not get any more of my business. Even if they sent me a bs gift card they never resolved my issues. My issue can’t be fixed with a free sub. DO BETTER & STOP DISRESPECTING THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOUR BUSINESS THRIVE

Great food, friendly staff member. I was here a month ago and found they had only one employee working while another was delivering sandwiches. Our sandwiches took near 30 min. Back again tonight and the same staffing pattern. Same to experience. I hope management adjusts staffing pattern to support service experience. I will go somewhere else…

Ok I got the original Italian 14in extra meat sub with veggies it was seasoned a well I said throw everything in it let me tell u one of my top subs worth the price that sub is more than 2 meals In one I just wish they would add pastrami to there menu..

I went in yesterday morning when they opened. I have never ate at a Jimmy Johns. They were the sweetest and all helped me. My sandwich tasted sooo good, and the customer service was amazing, we are going back today and order 2 more sandwiches for a picnic.

We ordered delivery. Tiffany answered and was SO NICE and Bubbly!! She answered every question and was so patient with me and my complicated butt. It got to us in less than 10mins, note we live about 5mins away. The food tasted fresh, yummy and was correct!! The sandwiches and drinks were marked so it was easy to tell whos was whos.
