Tried twice and both times got pizza that was under cooked. Crust tasted bad, not crispy, and the cheese and pepperoni was barely cooked. Last night they made the delivery driver wait 15 minutes for the pizza when they arrived to pick it up. I do not recommend this place.

Went to pick up from this location. Female employee was irate as soon as I got there. Calling me names calling it “her truck” and saying she didn’t have to serve me. She even came out and got in my face. Poor product and ridiculous service. All because my phone glitched when I tried to show her my order receipt. She claimed I was trying to mess with her by not pulling up the order…

Didn’t receive half of my order. No explanation. Pizza was good but completely cold when I got it. Like ingredients were added to an already baked crust and they just put it in the oven long enough to melt the cheese.

Do NOT order from this Donato’s location. It’s a ghost kitchen and not associated with Donato’s in Midtown or Murfreesboro. We placed two orders – the first pizza was ice cold and the second order was cancelled after an hour of waiting for it.
