Was very rudely told that the dining room was closed after we already ordered and paid. Took our food home and we had wrong sauces and frys were undercooked and had no seasoning at all. I added some regular salt in the picture.

This location is so ghetto! I would say it’s easily the worst location in Savannah! You’ll never know when the inside is open or closed. The girls that work here are always, eating and on their phones. Just disgusting and in unsanitary!!!! How is this place still

Just sat for 20 minutes in a line just to roll up to finally order and then was ignored for 15 more minutes just to be told they were closed. According to the people at the window, regardless of the fact that they had a line full of cars, they took off their headsets and ignored everyone instead of just saying they were closed. And even worse, this happened 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time. They sat and waited out the time till close just to not have to make our order. This is absolutely ridiculous laziness and I’m never coming to this location again. If the customer service is this bad at night, I’m sure it’s just as bad any other time of the day as well

Huge disappointment! First of all, I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the parking lot to get a salad and wings. My drink was wrong. My Cobb salad was puny and was missing half the ingredients!

Snotty, angry people work here, people who resent you just for existing. If you walk in to order, they act like you just ruined their day. No courtesy at all. When they do finally mosey on over to take your order, they act like they resent you for being there.

The drive thru was fast cause no one was in line but the lady sounded like she rather be anywhere else but zaxbys and their loaded fry had only friends and barely a drizzle of ranch and barely chicken… other locations have better loaded fries for the same price

The nuclear and the insane are mildly hot. The insane tingles the lips a bit, but you wont break a sweat. Their hot sauces are heavy in vinegar, and have no real taste. Zaxbys is great, but I’d stick with the ranch or teriyaki.
