HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered delivery at 8:30pm. I called at 9:30pm to see if my food was at least out for delivery, whoever picked up the phone had a nasty attitude & told me that my food will be out for delivery at 10pm. THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. So why will it be out for delivery an hour & a half later??? & when they are closed?? FOOD NEVER CAME!!! They should all go to jail for playing with people’s money that we work hard for! This place needs to be shut down!! I wish I can give no stars because even 1 is too much.

Cashier was rude while staying on her phone. I think she was the most ignorant person ive ever had serve me in the food industry. She Told us chicken Alfredo pasta wasn’t available because it w was s frozen yet the so called “melt ” we ordered contents was cold . Seems as though management doesn’t care because this place has been disorganized and below standards. What a shame.

Cashier was sitting at register when I walked in .She DID NOT get up to ring me up or did she count back my change to me .When my order was ready I said “thank you” she did not reply she just turned and walked away .I definitely felt unwelcome and felt like I was bothering her. This was Pizza Hut on West Park Ave. In Houma,La.on Wednesday March 2nd at approximately 11-11:30 am .Worst customer service experience I ever had.

Foods ok. Service is beyond terrible. Order is almost always wrong. This time I had to wait for them to remake it because they forgot the cheese on the pizza. Last time they only delivered half my order and said if the driver had time he would bring the rest. Never heard back from them again. Even after I contacted the manager and corporate.

I ordered wings and I used my rewards points for free bread sticks but my rewards points was still pending when I arrived at pizza hut two workers looked at me didn’t speak out acknowledged that I was standing there this went on for five minutes the manager came in it was until then one worker came up to the counter still didn’t speak couldn’t answer my question about my rewards so I talked to the manager she couldn’t help me on top of that she told me they was waiting on my payment I said no it’s paid for pizza hut told it out of my account before I can tell her about her workers she was of to deliver pizzai used to like going to this one but there’s all new workers and they are bad, so now I’ll be going to another until they get better workers
