Good burgers. The first time i had their fries, they were amazing, better than McDonald’s. The second time, they were horrible– soggy and undercooked. Thelack of consistency is a shame. At least McDonald’s is consistent.

In all honesty, I was excited when this place finally opened. The first burger I had was ok but after going back a few more times, I was disappointed. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order for a total of 15-20 minutes. Not a huge deal but what is the point of placing a mobile order if you still have to wait an additional 10 minutes. I ordered a little cheeseburger, regular fry and regular soda and almost paid $20 which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant and the food was warm when I ate it which was only 10 minutes later. They also cut down the amount of fries they give you significantly. I deleted the app and won’t be going back. It’s not worth the money. You get more bang for your buck at a local pizza shop. Either you charge more and keep the same portion sizes or you charge less and reduce portion sizes but don’t do both.

So much slower than the mobile order time. You may be able to get your food 20 minutes after the mobile app shows completion. One of the employees apparently had attitudes to one of the customer who complained about the wait and told him to be patient. It’s hard to be patient when a fast food order takes 30 minutes.

Skimping on the fries… this is a large. 15 dollar meal when five guys hand you the bag it should be dripping w grease and 2x the amount of fries should be in. Not worth it anymore

Just arbitrarily decide to not include parts of what you order on uber eats or door dash if their busy, even tho you payin like 30 dollars after taxes and delivery fees for what should be like a ten fifteen dollar order, they just gonna go “o, its busy, so we just wont give that part of his order.”
