I eat at Chick-fil-a often, and am i very happy with the food at other locations. I have now given this location 3 tries, since the day it opened and it has the worst quality of food. In the beginning, i gave them a break, thinking it was a new location working out the kinks, but they have now been open way too long for sub part quality. My chicken was soggy, lettuce looked 2 weeks old. Asked for no whipped cream on shakes but, they put it on anyway, and when they noticed right in front of me, they tried to hide the person snooping it off into the garbage with a dirty top. They forgot to put sauce in the bag for the wrap and basically missed putting chicken on it also with 3 little pieces. There’s nothing like paying for a dry bread wrap! Fries cold and soggy. Called the store, and no one answered. I left a message 2 days ago, and there is still no call back. Called corporate, and they assured me they would speak to the store and someone would get back to me yesterday, no call. Guessing they got the answering machine also.

This new location just opened up right next to one of our favorite Asian restaurants, so we decided to check it out. Just like the other locations, this franchise has it all: great customer service and amazing food. Their new cloudberry (or some other name) drink was excellent and our order came with all of the sauces we requested. I’m super happy there’s a closer location to us now!

Worst cfA I’ve been too. Placed a mobile order confirmed at register and took an additional 30min because the guy I confirmed with never confirmed my order even though he said he did. All because I had a weird name. Typically this would be normal if it was actually busy. Other locations near by are better to visit for better experience

Because on tge app I have a different name, the person that helped me didn’t even attempt to say my name when I placed a mobile order. After everyone waiting after me was helped, one of the ladies asked me for my name again, and the food was ready the whole time and was now cold because the gentleman laughed at my name instead of helping me.

We were there about a month ago and had a few items missing from our order. We went back about 2 weeks later and the same thing happened. I contacted management as soon as I saw that we were missing items AGAIN. I was at home at this point and not going to drive back there as we do not live in freehold.

Chick-fil-A seems to be very stingy with their ketchup. When I ordered fries once cut out to the car and there’s no ketchup in the bag so went back in and they said you have to tell them you want ketchup when you give them your order. Today I ordered fries and ask for ketchup in the drive-thru. Very friendly associate that handed me my food. Pulled around the parking lot to eat and enjoy my fries and no ketchup. The food is good but really expensive.?

Worst store of them all.. most Chick-fil-A‘s are five star rated, especially because of their employees. First time at this one and it was filthy. The manager acted as if he didn’t want to be there at all… overflowing garbage in the men’s bathroom also unfortunately..

I love market salad with a chicken breast on top. The apple cider vinegar and blue cheese and fresh fruits make a filling and delicious meal. However, I remember the salad being much bigger than what I received last night.
