If I could give ALL Zeros on this location then I certainly would. The wait staff is short tempered.. complaining about not smoking for a cpl hours, not friendly or welcoming. The atmosphere is nothing short of a filthy horse barn. You have to swat flies the entire time, no tables are cleaned, floors grotesque, the ceiling tiles are covered in a a blanket of dust balls,, air vents are greasy & black, light fixtures are covered in a disgusting film & flies are in the bottom of the light fixtures. Absolutely the worst that I have encountered in a long time.

Been eating at Waffle House for years and tonight was our worse en counter. Went in around midnight, after a long flight, and was hungry. Restaurant was not clean, and even though it wasn’t crowded and at least 5 people on staff, my husband and I were never acknowledged nor waited on. After we had been sitting at the table for about 10 minutes, a guy walks in and sits behind us and is immediately services. Won’t ever return. There is no excuse for terrible customer service, no matter the circumstances. Would’ve given a ZERO rating if it was an option.

Me and my children have been coming to this waffle house for probably over a year and a half now every weekend because my kids absolutely love the environment. The servers are so nice and we just enjoy the food but recently the service has gone down the food has gotten worse and today we sat in there for over 30 minutes and only got a waffle. Once I asked him what was taking so long they looked back at the cook, and the cook didn’t even have our food prepared. They apologized and I told him I would rather just leave them to wait another 30 minutes for my food so they charged me $10 for my waffle and sweet tea . I will not be going back to this waffle house ever again I recommend the other people choose the one in downtown powder Springs. The worst part about this is my children love this spot we’ve been coming here forever and now we will not be going back. We will find a new one to go to.

One thing I love about this place besides the food of course is the waitresses they are so caring and loving especially Billie Jean she’s the most amazing person you can ever think of, she loves having conversations with you, she’s so funny and caring.
