This McDonald’s is very nice! I took my Grandson there for dinner, the workers there were great with everyone there eating. There was one of the ladies came out and checked on the customer to see if they needed anything. There was a little boy and she played, teased with him and had him laughing. It made the atmosphere in a McDonald’s better then any other McDonald’s I have ever been in before. I enjoy it and the worker very much. I don’t know her name but she is the best.

Ordered a meal to go online. Showed up atleast 6 mins before they closed to pick it up. Waited in the drive through looking at the screen until they turned it off on me.. remind you atleast three people inside saw me and I had proof that an order was made online and showed them as they were walking out staring at me. They told me there’s nothing i could do he said I could come back in the morning and get my meal. I’m starved because of those lousy workers

The employees that took & gave us our order done exceptional jobs. The food was the problem. The buns and burgers were so dry that we couldn’t eat them. it was the worst experience in long while.

The morning shift is great and always get my order right. I live close to the Elkins store but regardless what I order it’s wrong. I quit going to it because I had to call so much! I was treated like I was trying to get free food instead of them acknowledging how often they screw up. I haven’t had any problems at the Philippi store. And the store manager Lori Skidmore is so nice and professional!

Went through drive through, placed order, amount did not add up to what I ordered so I said again what I wanted. The boy repeated this time. Paid for my order, when I went to pick up window I was told that since I added to my order I needed to pull forward. Upon eating our sandwiches we had a time eating it as it was so salting. Will be a while before going back to this McD
