I went through the drive through at this location. The customer service was awful. I sat for at least 5 minutes before the employee took my order (I was the only car in line). Once the employee came over the speaker, he seemed annoyed that I was bothering him. I started to place my order and could hear him and another employee making fun of me. They clearly didn’t realize their mics were hot and continued to mock me. I finally told him I could hear them making fun of me and to just cancel my order. He just laughed and said okay, then killed the mic. The guys in both windows one and two stared at their phones as I drove by on my way out of there. Really too bad that the employees acted so ridiculously. As I have shared this story with others, it does not sound like an isolated incident at this location. I will definitely not be returning.
