This is the second time now in the last couple of months we’ve placed an order for pickup, we’re given a time on how long it’ll take and when we get there our order hasn’t even been made or is just being put into the oven. I will NOT continue to come here after this. I understand it happening once as a mistake, but this is just down right frustrating and irritating. Might as well place an order with a bigger more well known company.

We ordered the Family Deal over the phone to a less than welcoming young man. I arrived and paid adding a tip. After waiting a min thinking my pizza should be done and seeing what was in the oven, I ask for my food. The young man as quietly and incoherently as possible tried to explain they made the pizza wrong. I ordered a Pep, with half mush and sausage. Their bosses instruction, who I don’t believe was on site, was to heat up mushrooms and sausage in a pasta dish and I guess add to the cooked pizza. After understanding what was happening, I repeatedly requested that my pizza be made the way I asked, basically make the pizza again. I was completely ignored in my request. They wanted nothing to do with making the situation right for me. I was given a 30% discount and received a pizza I didn’t order. All they had to do was make another pizza the right way. Business gone! word to be spread

We really like their pizza, but the Ustick Meridian location could improve with service, it’s hit or miss. I’ve had a good experience but now and then it’s bad. As long as I get my pizza the way we like it, we’re happy, the EVERYTHING pizza is our go to.

Seriously customer service in this area sucks. Ordered 5 pizzas. Came at appointed time. They had not even started the pizzas, but didn’t tell my husband that until AFTER he had paid. So then he sat there for 45 minutes more waiting. They didn’t offer him a drink, or a discount, or a coupon, or anything. Come on!! We go to Garbanzos at least twice a month but sorry, you just lost a regular customer.

Ah, what’s not to love? The pizzas are delicious, the ranch dressing is yummy, the staff is helpful, kind, clean cut and presentable. An overall good feel and great experience! Definitely our favorite pizza place!

We go to the Garbonzo’s Pizza on Homedale in Caldwell, ID. The employees are always friendly and the pizza is wonderful. We generally order a thin crust pepperoni, pineapple, black olive and green pepper. The ingredients are always fresh. The sauce is tasty. The crust is delicious. It is a bit puffier around the outer edges and perfect in every way. Thank you for such a consistently great experience every time.
